This means that the Legal and Constitutional Affairs Legislation Committee will hold a [public hearing](https://www.aph.gov.au/Parliamentary_Business/Committees/Senate/Legal_and_Constitutional_Affairs/MigrationAmendment24/Report) (as set out in the motion text below).
