Summary

Edit

The majority voted in favour of an amendment to an original amendment to an original motion.

Note that this is not a vote on the original motion itself, but on the potential amendment to it. In other words, a vote of "yes" does not change the original motion, only the text of the original amendment, which has not yet been voted on.

Amendment text

After paragraph (d)(ii), add:

(iii) all previous versions of guidelines provided to officials around the use of special purpose flights.
