<p>Pursuant to contingent notice of motion standing in the name of Senator Waters, I move:</p>
<p class="italic">That so much of the standing orders be suspended as would prevent the motion being moved immediately and determined without amendment or debate.</p>

<p>The question is that the motion to suspend standing orders as moved by Senator Steele-John be agreed to.</p>
