<p>The government will be opposing this motion. It would be inappropriate for a report into a confidential workplace investigation to be tabled in parliament. Tabling such a report would represent a significant breach of privacy for the subject, complainant and witnesses, and could potentially act as a deterrent for any future complaints.</p>

<p>The question is that general business notice of motion No. 160 standing in the name of Senator Bragg be agreed to.</p>
