<p>I move the amendment to the motion that has been circulated in the chamber in my name:</p>

- The majority voted in favour of an [amendment](https://www.openaustralia.org.au/senate/?gid=2022-09-28.179.1) introduced by Queensland Senator [Larissa Waters](https://theyvoteforyou.org.au/people/senate/queensland/larissa_waters) (Greens), which means it succeeded and will now be added to the original motion.

- > *That, at the end of the motion, add*

- > *'and, in relation to the senator to be nominated by any minority group or independent senator, the Senate requires that the senator to fill this position be nominated by the Leader of the Australian Greens in the Senate.'*

- > *That the Senate concurs with the [resolutions of the House of Representatives](https://www.openaustralia.org.au/senate/?gid=2022-09-28.175.2) proposing the appointment of a Joint Select Committee on National Anti-Corruption Commission Legislation.*
