<p>At the request of Senator Chisholm, I move:</p>
<p class="italic">That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Minister for Energy and Emissions Reduction, by no later than 10 am on Monday, 30 August 2021, the feasibility study regarding Shine Energy's proposed coal-fired power station in Collinsville, prepared by Shine Energy and provided to the Department of Industry Science, Energy and Resources and/or the Minister for Energy and Emissions Reduction.</p>
- The same number of senators voted for and against a [motion](https://www.openaustralia.org.au/senate/?id=2021-08-26.56.1) introduced by Tasmanian Senator [Anne Urquhart](https://theyvoteforyou.org.au/people/senate/tasmania/anne_urquhart) (Labor), which means it failed.

<p>The government will not be supporting this motion, as the document requested does not yet exist. The government refer the Senate to our statements on the previous occasions when these documents were sought for further details.</p>
