<p class="speaker">Scott Ryan</p><p>I will now deal with amendments circulated by the Australian Greens, and I'll deal with these collectively, because I haven't received any different amendments circulated by the Australian Greens. I'm about to get a request to put some separately. Senator Gallagher?</p> <p class="speaker">Katy Gallagher</p>- The majority voted against [amendments](https://www.openaustralia.org.au/senate/?gid=2021-06-22.287.3) introduced by the Australian Greens, which means they failed.

- > *(1) Clause 239A, page 179 (line 26) to page 180 (line 5), omit the clause, substitute:*

- >> *239A Review of the operation of this Act*

- >> *(1) The Minister must cause an independent review to be conducted of the operation of this Act.*

- >> *(2) The review must start as soon as practicable after the end of 2 years after this Act commences.*

- >> *(3) The persons who conduct the review must give the Minister a written report of the review within 6 months of the commencement of the review.*

<p>I ask that the questions on Greens amendments on sheets 1276 and 1235 be put separately from amendments on sheets 1275 and 1299, to reflect different voting intentions on these amendments.</p> <p class="speaker">Scott Ryan</p><p>Okay, so I will put them in two groups.
