- > *(a) the hours of meeting be 9.30 am to adjournment;*
- >
- > *(b) if by 7.20 pm the [Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia Bill 2019](https://www.aph.gov.au/Parliamentary_Business/Bills_Legislation/Bills_Search_Results/Result?bId=r6475) and the [Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Consequential Amendments and Transitional Provisions) Bill 2019](https://www.aph.gov.au/Parliamentary_Business/Bills_Legislation/Bills_Search_Results/Result?bId=r6474) have not been finally considered, the routine of business from that time be consideration of the bills only;*

- > *(c) divisions may take place after 7.20 pm for the purposes of the bills only;*
- >
- > *(d) if by 9.30 pm, consideration of the bills has not been completed, the questions on all remaining stages be put without debate;*

- > *(e) paragraph (d) operate as a limitation of debate under standing order 142;*

- > *(f) the Senate adjourn without debate after consideration of the bills has been completed, or when a motion for the adjournment is moved by a minister, whichever is the earlier.*
