- The majority voted in favour of *disagreeing* with [amendment (2)](https://www.openaustralia.org.au/debate/?id=2023-05-24.186.1), which was introduced by Bradfield MP [Paul Fletcher](https://theyvoteforyou.org.au/people/representatives/bradfield/paul_fletcher) (Liberal). This means it failed.
